and goals for continuous improvements are established and strived for. The overall
objective of the quality system is to fully understand all the requirements of our
customers and to consistently meet or exceed those requirements.
Quality is the responsibility of every General Calibration, Inc. employee. Employees
are required to familiarize themselves with the quality documentation and implement
all policies and procedures in their work to the best of their abilities. General
Calibration, Inc. is committed to full compliance to all requirements of the ISO/IEC
17025 and ISO/IEC 9001.
